April in Adventure Kids

Kids aged 0 to 10 (or 5th grade) join us in the Children's Area downstairs!
Some things you can expect this month:
The Easter story in a way that children can interact with.
In place of our Egg hunt we will be opening Resurrection eggs, sharing a yummy treat and playing and crafting.
The week after Easter we will hear the story of Jesus appearing to the disciples in the upper room - and asking for something to eat!
The final Sunday of April we will be celebrating the final day of creation. The day of rest.
Our snack rhythm for April:
1st Sunday: Waffles
2nd Sunday: Hot cross buns!
3rd Sunday: Vegetable Soup day or rice day.
4th Sunday: Cooking with Cara and Noel! (They bring really cool vegan stuff to expand our kids palates.)
5th Sunday: A surprise.
You don’t want your kids to miss a single Sunday. So many good things are happening, most especially the opportunity to meet Christ by being known and loved in community with one another.
